Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken

Hello!  Although we ate out tonight for an early two-month marriage celebration, I wanted to pass along a new favorite recipe from a couple of nights ago.  This one was pretty easy and inexpensive (except for the tomatoes), and the flavors are great!  

Check it out here and prepare for a mouth-watering delight!  How can you go wrong when you start with garlic and olive oil, and end with basil and fresh parmesan?
